[NAME] Kuma. [SPECIES] Riolu. [GENDER] Female. [AGE] Fourteen years old.
[ALLIANCE] Runaway Lucem Ferre~ [ABILITIES]
Being a Riolu, she is able to see aura. She can use it to sense others and “feel” their emotions and presence. She emanates aura and can use it to communicate. Unlike other Riolus, DNA altering gave her the ability to actually be able to use aura, something that only Lucario should be able to do. Another thing is that she has superhuman strength, stamina, and endurance like all fighting pokemon. [MOVES] Endure | Foresight | Quick Attack | Counter | Force Palm | Feint | Reversal | Screech | Copycat | Shadow Claw Aura Sphere Double Team |
Piez let me have Aura Sphere! D: And the last 2 are TM's.
[DESCRIPTION]
To begin with the normal aspects of her appearance, Kuma is a girl that doesn’t care too much about how she looks, one of the most evident things being her long, pitch black hair. There’s little evidence of it thoroughly brushed, with hairs sticking out all over the place, and yet somehow it actually manages to look mostly straight when let loose. However, she rarely ever lets her hair loose, and often has it tied up in a ponytail with a silver ribbon. She wears clothes – fashion isn’t exactly her thing and thus she wears comfortable clothing, which includes some nice-fitting pants and a light, baggy shirt.
She’s actually quite fit because going around causing chaos is an exercise. Or maybe it was because she was always one to go out and run around, either beating people up or beating them up with some sort of sports equipment. Being a loner, she’s actually quite thin. Her exact weight is unknown due to the fact she’s not too fond of going to any sort of doctor’s office or hospital to get a physical checkup, and she doesn’t want to bother with getting a machine to find her weight. As for curves and the more womanly traits, she still hasn’t developed too much to be noticed, except possibly the larger hips she inherited from her mother. Kuma stands at about 4’3”.
So now that we got that normal stuff out of the way, there are the mutated parts. Her skin is covered by rather thick, velvety blue fur – a noticeable trait of being part Riolu. Rugged, grey-black markings around her eyes and nose almost resemble a mask, lined with fur and getting darker towards the outside of the ‘mask’. The eyes in question are actually a brilliant, clear amber colour. A tail extends from the base of her spine and roughly two feet in length. Her arms have a bit of metal on them; a rounded oval of metal that goes from the center of the top of her hands to her wrists.
Going to her thighs, they’re covered in thicker, shaggy fur. The thighs themselves are actually a little muscular, in contrast to her lanky upper body. Her legs have black fur, the same as her arms and on her torso. While her feet are purely paws, her hands have thumbs but seem like paws, except they are (thankfully) useable. She bears no collar on her, only a darker patch of fur around her neck where it once was.
[PERSONALITY]
She seems outright rude and plain cruel – not evil, but cruel. A rather messed up sense of humor, she laughs at most funny things and cracks up at the most horrible, violent and inappropriate jokes. She’s pretty violent, herself, having been the type of girl to kick her pokemon out of a battle with a trainer and beat his face in instead. She prefers physical fighting rather than solving things with pretty words and logic, not because she’s stupid -- not a genius, but not grade F (or D, for that matter) dumb. Fighting solves things much quicker, with only a few bruises, scratches and maybe a black eye or a broken bone. Good enough, right? Though in fights with her, you may want to try to keep your limbs before she tears it out and proceeds to maim you with it. Luckily, she’s most definitely not that strong to be able to rip off a limb, but she’s pretty strong anyway.
She ain’t good with words, and often goes straight to the point, being blunt as ever and speaking her thoughts. The only time when she doesn’t do this is when she knows that her attitude will get in the way of one of her goals. Most of the time, however, she’s sassy and feisty, cursing quite a bit and tossing around remarks that would make mothers cry.
Kuma is bossy. Very bossy, possibly called bitchy. She adores being in charge and being the leader, believing everyone else to be a bunch of dipshits in a nutcase. Being under any sort of authority or rule doesn’t go well with her at all, and you may as well wear steel armor on all sides if you’re going to try to order her around. If she doesn’t kill you first, she’d probably snap back and continue doing her own thing. Mule-headed, she can never be convinced to go some other way, even if it is the right way, driven by the mad desire to prove everyone else wrong. She does not play fair; and although she may seem rash, she understands the value of running and fighting another day, as well as using trickery and ‘flexible thinking’ (or better known as cheating) to win fights, in which she’s actually more cunning than most people would give her credit for. Winning is always a goal to the young girl, nothing else. In the rare case that there is another source of motivation or a goal, she’s ambitious – she will chase it, and might even sacrifice the life of her friends to achieve it.
… Or maybe not. If she gets friends (unlikely, but eh) she’d be… well, not that different. Maybe a little kinder, possibly some consideration about what she’s going to say, but that’s it. She’s probably even tougher on her pals than strangers. She makes friends with those who fit the criteria – strong-willed, loyal and independent. She drops those who do not meet the rules, labeling them as ‘ dead weight ‘ on her shoulders. Being a naturally independent person herself, she doesn’t stop and wait for her friends to catch up; she either trudges on forward or grabs them by the roots of their hair and pulls them along.
She may look like a perfectly strong person, but she has her weaknesses – romance is the sun to her like crosses are to vampires. It burns. Then there’s always her little problem with being alone – she hates it. With no creature to boss around, she’d probably go insane.
[HISTORY]
There was a huge family with more mouths than they could feed and satisfy – nine of them, to be exact. So they were poor and lived in Azalea town, to their dislike. Even then the large family was the poorest and had to have the smallest house (achieved out of pity.) which was actually not in the town, but in the forest. They had absolutely no money so they had to rely on caveman instincts and skills to get what they needed, such as killing and devouring whatever Pokemon neared the home. The skins would be used as bed sheets, the fur for clothing. For a while it worked well until the Pokemon learned to never approach the area. Then supplies became scarce and the children fought ravenously for every scrap of food.
Naturally, due to the drop in food, the children were sent out to scout the forest for food, wielding various cooking materials and whatever else could kill. Since they were only children at about five years of age at the time, it was difficult to hunt. But after a while, they began to know the forest and learned tricks and ways to deceive their prey. Of course, spending so much time in the wilderness affected them; they began attacking humans and turned on eachother frequently. The villagers of Azalea town feared them, spreading rumors about how they were raised by pokemon and how they preformed rituals. Some of these rumors were actually true.
The children had no names, so they were referred to as the “Wild Kids” – the band of monsters (for they were no longer considered human after finding out what they did) who preyed on everything that moved. They were there when they showed up – yeah, Lucem Ferre. The kids witnessed the building of the lab and proved to be a thorn in the scientists’ side. Knowing the forest better than their recently created morphs, they were easily able to escape the ravenous morphs. However, one of those days, one of the children didn’t return home. No, not dead – she was one of the lucky ones.
Back at the home/ camp of the wild family, there was a mass fight. Not among themselves, but them against morphs – Lucem Ferre’s. Being only regular humans, the family were defeated, most killed in the struggle. Out of the eight children and two parents, only three children were carried to the lab alive. The girl who had wandered away didn’t return, having arrived at a new area, unknown to her: Goldenrod city.
For the first few months she wandered, completely lost in the city. The effects of pollution got to the girl since she was used to the clean air of the forest. The people in the city often stayed away, since she was a bit weird to them. She didn’t attack, but just growled at everyone who came near and shrank back, almost in the same fashion as that of a pokemon. Eventually one person dared to approach – a teacher of the local pokemon school, Lily Redfern. She was a kind lady who took the girl in and took it upon herself to teach the nameless child the proper human etiquette and gave her the name Eilae. When she turned 9, she was able to properly communicate with humans, but her manners were horrible. Lily tried to fix that, but it turned out useless.
Eilae was a good child, but she had a temper problem that not even the strongest happy pills could solve. The slightest inkling that displeased her would throw the girl into a rage and beat up the offender. She was considered a ‘guy’ in school because her toughness and preference to violence than Barbie dolls and dresses and having boyfriends. Being called such made Eilae angrier and crueler. She might have been a tad sadder as well for being made fun of, but everyone was too busy marveling at her anger to notice it. The next year she grew even more violent – too violent for the school board to ignore. They were practicing with pokemon battling that day and she just so happened to get a bulbasaur. She abused the poor thing and with it, she killed the other guy’s Abra by slicing it to bits with razor leaf and allowed the grass-type to whip the boy until he couldn’t move.
She was expelled – she knew it when she was beating up the kid. So she fled the school that same day, back into the forest. But having forgotten her ability to hunt and kill properly, she was helpless. When morphs found her, she put up a good fight but was captured when she was almost knocked unconscious. She appeared to the scientists looking ragged, the small group of morphs who found her looking like if they were knocked senseless. The scientists were impressed and gave her the DNA of a Riolu – a special one. They had altered it beforehand to give it the dna that Lucario had that allowed it to use aura to attack.
Eilae was thus injected while she was still conscious. The transformation proved horrifically painful, but she didn’t show much resistance or any sign that she was suffering. The transition only took around two days, the extra day being the altered part of riolu’s dna settling in and the effects on her mind – she forgot her name and her past; everything. All throughout that time she was locked up in a cage, drugged and watched by a scientist, biting her tongue and refusing to show that she was suffering. She was slightly creeped out as she watched the effects of her transformation – blue fur, paws… but she wasn’t too fazed. She welcomed this body, even if she was a monster. She also realized she was wearing a slightly loose collar around her neck, spewing things about Lucem Ferre’s goals. More than often it zapped her. Fed up with the bullshit and zapping, she punched it over and over again, able to dent and damage it enough to make the words static. The zapping still went on but at random periods.
They assigned her with a female Lucario morph that had no name. This one was an experienced fighter and taught the girl many things about fighting, and how to use the aura. It came naturally to her unlike the other riolu morphs. They weren’t exactly close, but the Lucario morph told her that she planned to escape the lab, and that there was a way to break the collars. Eilae agreed wholeheartedly and escaped with a small group of other morphs. During that escape, however, they were ambushed by CODA and everyone was killed – besides her, of course. She was able to slip away unseen and left to live far away, in Mt. Silver. She stayed away from the CODA base and managed to avoid detection, living in the highest points. A few times she descended from the peaks to grab some clothes in a nearby town.
She never was told how to remove her collar, so she made a habit out of attacking it. It was loose enough to fit one paw inside along with her neck. She hacked at it with rocks and punched it until her knuckles were bleeding. This was done every day for almost a year. It sported many dents and scratches, some places being so damaged that it seemed like it would break.
But it didn’t. She wasn’t strong enough. She needed assistance… but how? Rebels were rare, and all Pokemorphs ever thought about was fighting and killing.
Then she got it.
She strolled right into a CODA lab and said, “Yo mofo’s! You sorry bunch of mutant failures suck at your job! Protecting the people? You’re just as bad as they are! Why don’t ya’ll effing get LIVES or something? Maybe then you might actually get something accomplished in your pathetic, shitty lives!”
Of course every morph lunged into battle mode. But most were patrolling, so there weren’t that much. She ran out of the lab with the angered morphs tailing her and stopped at a cliff, then turned to them and continued spitting out even more insults. They attacked, but being rather good on her feet, she evaded most of their attacks while allowing some to hit her neck so that the collar would take the damage. An Arcanine morph lunged at her neck and bit down on the collar instead. Its powerful jaws actually broke through the collar, breaking it. She ran away, faster than her pursuers can keep up with. Now collarless, she lives in her life of freedom – or at least, the most any morph nowadays can get. As a sign of such, she gave herself her own name: Kuma. [OTHER]
... I dunno.
