[will you answer my questions...?] The Q&A is a thread dedicated to answering particular questions about Coda. Ask about anything, from the plot to the characters to what you can and can't do. An Admin will answer your question. Frequently asked questions (or basic questions that may be asked) will be added to the main post with answers provided.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL OF THE RULES, PLOT, AND POKEMORPH THREADS THOROUGHLY BEFORE POSTING. THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION COULD BE IN ONE OF THOSE THREADS. Q: Who is /the/ admin of Coda?---A: There isn't one specific Administrator. While Piez did a lot of the thread-making there are three Admins and neither of them is more 'Adminly' than the other. That's why there's a main Admin account rather than just a person who's the one and only "Administrator". Q: How long ago did the Pokemorph projects begin?---A: There is no real time frame decided. For referencing times in your character's history just make something up. However, keep in mind that the events are recent; within the past decade at least. Q: Is the transformation into a Pokemorph painful?---A: It can be. Usually is. Depends on a lot of things, like the Pokemon species, how the transformation was done, or when it was done (earlier prototypes and forms of the "Pokemorph-formula" injection could have been more painful or hazardous than newer ones). It could also just feel extremely awkward and strange, what with body parts rearranging themselves and all. Q: How exactly is a Pokemorph made?---A: It is typically done with an injection. There could be other experimental ways of causing the transformation, but most commonly a formula of altered DNA is just shot into the subject's bloodstream. Q: Are Hybrid Morphs allowed? (two or more different Pokemon species spliced with a human rather than just one)---A: For now, no. We may allow them to be purchased with site currency in the near future, but they will remain rare and expensive.

Erm, I feel N00Bish asking this, but are there any SPECIFIC requirements for making a Legendary, or any other exceptionaly powerful Pokemorph type? Such as Unknown?

No, not really. I mean, there are norms among Legendary Morphs and things that are common, but nothing's 100% set in stone. The non-legendary-but-still-special Pokemon like Unown, Ditto, Rotom, etc are just considered normal Pokemon, also.

Ok. Next question:
Is there such thing as FAKEMON morphs here? And when are you going to progress to another region?

There are no Fakemon on this site and they will never be allowed in any way shape or form. :3
Lucem Ferre is Johto-based and CODA is an organization run by Johto's government. We will never progress to a different region, though since Kanto is so close it may become somehow involved if it's necessary for some reason.

Ok, then. Why is Arceus banned though? I know it would be SUPER hard to find DNA scraps, but it would be possible, right?

The idea of having parts of "God" inside people sounds plain unrealistic and OP (Overpowered). Plus, if they were to try to implement "God" inside a human, they'd probably explode from all the energy and power.
... We were asked this yesterday and there were more answers, but I forgot. >__> Any other staff can add to this.

Then wouldn't it be impossible to make a Palkia and Dialga morph? They're lords/ladies of space and time.

Dialga and Palkia aren't God, though. And neither are any of the other legends (who are all roughly equal to Di' and Pal'). All the rest of them are just guardians of nature and most have been captured or met in person by humans many times. Wheras Arceus is... some other-wordly creature of creation that spends most (if not all) of his time in another dimension sleeping or something. Barely anyone even knows he exists.
Let's put it this way: I dare you to go out and find some scraps of God's DNA.
Not to mention it'd be OP, yah. x3 While other Legendaries have their defined limits Arceus is mysterious and all the info about it seems to hint towards the idea that it can pretty much create or destroy whatever it wants. Logically even CODA and Lucem Ferre would probably be unwilling to even attempt making such a Morph for fear that it may turn on them (or just, yanno, destroy the world outta boredom).
Point is, it's illogical and I don't want anybody going "THIS IS MY ARCEUS MORPH HE WILL TAKE OVER THE WORLD NAOW KTHNXBAI".

Then would it also be impossible for Oxy' morphs? Because they're aliens and not pokemon?

Deoxys? Well, technically they are considered 'Mons... And since they have landed on Earth there would probably be ways to get DNA samples, possibly from meteors/craters they landed in. Yanno?
